Price Information: The prices of the products in this webshop include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
Shipping: Shipments can be delivered to a pick-up point near you. During checkout, you can specify which pick-up point you want the order to be sent to.
Pick-up: It is also possible to pick up your order at the warehouse in Nootdorp on weekdays. Spiegelstraat 10, 2631 RS, Nootdorp, Netherlands.
Shipping Costs within the Netherlands: Orders above 30 euros with a delivery address in the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. For orders under 30 euros, shipping costs are calculated.
International Shipping: Different shipping costs per country apply for orders outside the Netherlands, which are automatically calculated during the ordering process.
Payment and Delivery: Orders are only delivered after the payment procedure has been successfully completed. We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 working days.

Registration: Resellers (museums and retailers) can access our wholesale via a separate login on our homepage, subject to a VAT number and screening by Lanzfeld BV.
Prices: Wholesale prices are displayed in the retailer section, excluding VAT.
Shipping Costs: For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated and added to the invoice afterwards.
Registration Procedure: To register as a retailer, you can click on 'Register as a retailer' on the homepage and fill out the form or send an email to [email protected] with your company details and VAT number.

Payment Options: Our website uses MultiSafepay as a payment system. We accept payments via iDEAL, Visa/MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal, and MisterCash.

Fast Shipping: We aim to ship orders within 1-3 working days, depending on availability and customer location. The Museum-Webshop (Lanzfeld Editions) ships orders as soon as possible, in 95% of cases within 1 working day.
Possible Delays: Please note that shipments may be delayed during busy periods such as between Christmas and New Year's and due to other circumstances.
Backorders: If part of the order is not available, a backorder will be made. If you need certain products urgently, please let us know in time via [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Courier Services: We rely on courier services such as DPD, DHL, PostNL, TNT, and FedEx for delivery.

Individuals: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery address. Orders over 30 euros including VAT are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. The exact amount of shipping costs is shown at the end of the ordering process.
Retailers: Shipping costs are calculated afterwards based on weight, volume, and delivery address. We will calculate the exact amount of the shipment after we have packed the complete order, and we will adjust the shipping costs to the amount of the exact costs calculated by the courier companies. Due to Covid or other factors, rates may change.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Please contact us if you do not receive this.
Track&Trace: With every order, you will receive a track&trace code to track your order.

Return Period: You have 14 days to return a product after receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. You have 14 days from the moment of the return notification to return the product.
Refund: After receiving your return, we will credit the amount within 14 days.
Return Procedure: Fill out the 'cancellation' form and include it with the returned product. Return costs are at your expense.
